These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Anger Out mobile app and website. By creating an account or using Anger Out, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Agreement
These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Anger Out. They work together with our Privacy Policy. If there is a conflict about personal data, the Privacy Policy controls for privacy topics.
What Anger Out is — and is not
Anger Out offers self-help tools for emotional release and calm, including Anger Relief exercises, journaling and insights, guided meditation, sleep support, and Chill (feel-good distraction) features.
Anger Out is not a medical device, not psychotherapy, not crisis care, and not a substitute for professional mental-health or medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
If you are in danger, thinking about harming yourself or others, or experiencing a mental-health emergency, contact local emergency services or a qualified professional immediately. Do not rely on Anger Out for crisis response.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old — and at least the age of digital consent required in your region — to use Anger Out. By using the service, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
Accounts & sign-in
You may create an account with email or through Google or Apple sign-in. You are responsible for your credentials and for activity under your account.
Keep your information accurate and notify us promptly of unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, appear compromised, or pose risk to users or the service.
Subscriptions, billing & cancellation
Some features require a paid subscription (for example monthly or yearly plans). Prices and plan details are shown in the app and on our Pricing page.
Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are billed and managed by Apple or Google. Their payment terms, refund rules, and cancellation flows apply. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal through your store account settings to avoid the next charge, unless the store provides a different rule.
We may change prices or plan offerings with notice as required by law or store policies. Taxes may apply based on your location.

You agree to use Anger Out lawfully and respectfully. You must not:
- Attempt to disrupt, scrape, reverse engineer, or unlawfully access the service or other users’ data.
- Upload unlawful, harassing, hateful, or infringing content where user-generated content features exist.
- Use the app to harm yourself or others, or as a replacement for emergency or clinical care when such care is needed.
- Abuse support channels, create fake accounts, or circumvent security, usage limits, or paywalls.
- Misrepresent Anger Out as medical treatment or professional therapy.
Your content
You retain rights to journal entries, reflections, sleep logs, Chill likes/saves, and other content you create.

You are responsible for the content you create. Do not include information you are not allowed to share.
Voice Vent
Voice Vent is intended for momentary emotional release. It is not offered as a permanent recording archive. Do not rely on Voice Vent to store evidence, memories, or lasting audio files.
